Mr. Nassiri is the founding and managing partner of NASSIRI LAW, INC. located in Orange, California. His law firm focuses on employment law, representing employees who have been wrongfully terminated or discriminated against by their employers. Mr. Nassiri frequently lectures on these topics and has authored various articles published in legal periodicals. He has also been featured on KCAL Chanel 9, KTLA Channel 5, PBS So Cal and KTTV Channel 11 news programs.
Mr. Nassiri’s employment law group protects employees whose rights have been violated by illegal practices committed by employers in the workplace, such as failure to pay overtime wages and discrimination. In addition, his firm focuses on other illegal employment practices such as wrongful termination, retaliation and sexual harassment. He has helped many employees obtain recoveries against employers who have committed violations of both State and Federal employment laws.
Mr. Nassiri earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from California State University Fullerton and his Juris Doctorate degree from Western State University College of Law. Mr. Nassiri graduated from law school cum laude and was ranked in the top 20% of his class. During law school, Mr. Nassiri was a Judicial Extern for presiding Justice David G. Sills at the California court of Appeal, Fourth District, Division Three.
Mr. Nassiri is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice in all Courts in the State of California. He is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California and the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association.
